Before that, I worked as a model and hostess. I travelled a lot throughout Sweden working in various night clubs. I ate too much bad food and drank alcohol; I eventually got tired of that lifestyle.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I decided that I wanted to be healthier and stronger, so I changed my lifestyle completely, and that\u2019s when I started eating healthy and training with weights.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25984\" src=\"http:\/\/www.simplyshredded.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/1.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"750\" height=\"728\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Where does your motivation come from?<\/h2>\n<p>I\u2019ve always been a competitive person, and I decided pretty fast that I wanted to compete in Bikini Fitness.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Competing on stage has been my biggest motivation to train hard and eat well.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25985\" src=\"http:\/\/www.simplyshredded.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/3.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/simplyshredded.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/3.jpg 750w, https:\/\/simplyshredded.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/3-125x125.jpg 125w\" alt=\"3\" width=\"750\" height=\"745\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>What workout routine has worked best for you?<\/h2>\n<p>Lifting heavy 4 days a week has worked best for me. And as it gets closer to a competition, how do you handle food cravings?<\/h2>\n<p>I couldn\u2019t live without shrimp, crayfish and cheese; it\u2019s the tastiest thing I know! It might not be counted as food, but that\u2019s what I get a craving for. I control my cravings pretty well because I allow myself to have a cheat day once a week and eat whatever I want, as long as I am on track with my progress.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>My cheat day gets me motivated to follow my eating plan and train hard the rest of the week, and I look forward to having my \u2018reward\u2019 on Saturdays.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>What\u2019s the one thing you look forward to treating yourself to after a competition?<\/h2>\n<p>When I\u2019m preparing for a competition, I always yearn to be spontaneous and eat out whenever I want without having to carry lunch boxes everywhere.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>So right now my focus is on a really juicy burger and a smokey whiskey, next weekend after my next competition.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25987\" src=\"http:\/\/www.simplyshredded.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/5.jpg\" alt=\"5\" width=\"750\" height=\"703\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>What is your secret to your incredible abdominals?<\/h2>\n<p>I train my abs as hard as the rest of my body and use heavy weights. And any plans for more?<\/h2>\n<p>I really love tattoos and have several. The tattoo on my arm is my latest one.
