The Boardwalk Empire star also dressed in a dowdy fashion, donning a blue shire a brown flared trousers with her hair tied back into a ponytail.<\/p>\n

Other stars in the 2013 flick include Benedict Cumberbatch as \u2018Little Charles Aiken and Meryl Streep and Violet Weston.<\/p>\n

The IMBd page for the motion picture states that Ren\u00e9e Zellweger and Andrea Riseborough were considered for a role.<\/p>\n

Riseborough was cast but dropped out due to scheduling conflicts. Juliette Lewis replaced her as Karen Weston.<\/p>\n

Chlo\u00eb Moretz auditioned for the role of Jean Fordham, but lost to Abigail Breslin.<\/p>\n
